  I deal with PBM's all of the time as it is part of my job. Benecard has been reliable and easy to work with than most other companies that I've dealt with. Their customer service reps are great and their accuracy has been very good. The only issue I have with Benecard is their technology. You still cannot use your iPhone or iPad to fill prescriptions because of their browser. Also, they are one of the only PBM's that do not have automatic refries. Even my supermarket has that. They need to come up with better technology. That being said, they are a good company and I highly recommend them.
