  These apartments are lovely, but this review is for the management team. I had gone in mid-week looking for a 1-BR and was told by their leasing agent (who had been very friendly and helpful) that I'd have to come back on the weekend to view it, which I did. I then called that Monday to find out what money I would need to bring when I applied and was told the non-upgraded apartment I wanted for $1186 was already rented, though they had some upgraded apartments still available for $1247. I was also told they had 2 non-upgraded apartments coming up soon for $1244. When I asked why the price difference, I was told it was because they were in the middle of the complex and looked out at some nice landscaping and cherry trees. So an extra $60/month to look at some trees for an apartment that's not even upgraded??? Then I was told they had another one that was available but they "didn't know the price yet because the tenants had been there for a while" and they needed to assess what kind of work needed to be done to the apartment to get it back in shape, and I should check back in a week. So hold on a minute... dependent upon how much work needs to be done, you're going to charge more or less for an apartment??? So the new tenant gets to bear that cost? Isn't that what a SECURITY DEPOSIT is for?? I hung up after that. If the management team is this shady before you even start renting from them I can't imagine they'll get any better once you're in. I had heard from a friend that lived there previously that they weren't a great company but I thought that maybe he was just being too critical. I'll go somewhere else.
