  Absolutely the worst management firm out there. Judith Quinn, who I assume is one of the owners, is more of a town gossip than property manger. Any call made to her immediately gets broadcast to her favorites at my HOA, many of whom are not on the board. I actually had neighbors ask me about issues raised with JQ that she has never even responded to. So I hear nothing from JQ but the neighbors are discussing the issue?? Ultimately when I go directly to the board they insist that they were unaware. I cannot imagine why they have not replace this company.
