  I have been using Knapp's Cyclery for years and bought several bikes from them in my opinion they are the best bike shop in the Philadelphia metro area they are very responsive very honest and Pete the owner is amazingly knowledgeable and a great guy highly recommended

  I love their shop honestly! If you go ask for the owner, skip. He’s real good at explaining things and gives good, concise information and can explain technical things. Has a lot of patience especially for new riders like me. He’s there on thursdays Friday’s and Saturday’s at least when I go there. Overall, great store, selection and they work good with specialized and trek bikes. Folks working there are also extremely helpful

  Gave these guys a call and although they didn't have the part I needed, the guy took down my number and searched for it for a while. He also gave me the part number and suggested looking locally with that number. So even though they didn't have my part I'm still very satisfied with the customer service and I will definitely be coming by the shop in the future
