  I used to love MJM shoes and would go to the local South Plainfield when it was opened and it WAS great, really good selection / high quality shoes at great prices! Well now since they closed the S. Plainfield and Burlington bought them out I traveled to the Lawrenceville store which is pretty far from me. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE MJM WE LOVED? A third of the store was empty shoe racks and what was there was a horrible selection of crappy quality, ugly and outdated shoes!!! The kids section was the worst thing! A very poor selection of a handful of subpar sneakers. If I didn't know better I would think that either this was a Sears store or maybe just ran by them!! Foolish of me is I read the recent reviews and largely ignored what people wrote since we were blind to the negative comments with our previous experience. Bottom line is that we will never go back to MJM! !
  If you're reading this review do yourself justice and go elsewhere and if the MJM corporate people see this and the other reviews then fix what's wrong!
