  This is the first place I remember having pizza as a kid over 30 years ago, and it looks just about exactly the same now. It's the place that made me want to work in pizza parlors for over 10 years. It has all the small imperfections in the layout and the honesty of serving simple, delicious food that the local pizza parlor is supposed to have. Unlike newer places, who have tried to make pizza something it just isn't, TJ's has been around forever because they focus on consistent excellence, not gimmicks, and have been doing it that way now for over 30 years.
