  Awful service. Just awful. The phone is never picked up at the store, representatives have terrible attitudes, and they offer partial solutions that require a lot more work from the customer's end than from their own end. They often chat behind closed doors just goofing off, not caring that there are huge lines outside and people are getting aggravtaed.
  
  If you think you've got a deal, trust me look at Verizon or T-Mobile instead because they'll have similar deals and WON'T cause as much struggle and headache in order to actually fulfill the deal you're looking for. I'm talking about at least not having to correspond with store reps over the course of weeks to make sure they do what they promised you in store.
  
  If you absolutely have to go to the store, expect an enormous wait, and disingenuous representatives.
  
  The store manager, William Vargas as well as the district manager, William Caine Anthony who stops by from time to time, are also no help when you have a problem. No help at all.

  Worst place I bought two apple watches..! I came home happy, when I see my bill it says i have a due of 150$ I call the customer service they say we need a 150$ deposit and return you after a year sorry it’s our problem we didn’t convey you..!
  This is a second worse experience I had with at & t I will never recommend at and t to anyone from now onwards this happened to me before when I got phones as well..! The things told at the store is different and when you see the bill it will be so different and customer service people they never talk to you properly they just say it’s not our fault they never take any responsibility worst dont go with any at and t guys ...! I so frustrated and unhappy
