  The CIS management is a bunch of unprofessional!! They moved us into the new complex ( North Brunswick Crescent) Its been month with no cable TV or internet. everytime I ask the lady at the office is telling me next 2 days or by the end of the week. this has been going on for the past 3 weeks and I'm getting the same answer. Now tenants have kids starting school next week which they will need internet to get home work done. when I called optimum they told me they are waiting for management to give them ok to start the wiring. when I called Verizon they told me service won't be ready in the next month or so. so someone from cooperate need to get off their high horses and get down here and get things done!!!!! And another thing they never told us before that we have to pay for heat and hot water until you ready to move in. there is a laundry room with no washer or dryer. And they call this low income housing....THIS IS SOOOO SAD FOR SINGLE PARENTS LIKE ME.
