  They don’t even deserve one star! Extremely inefficient and disorganized. Once they get their money, there’s no follow through on the installation and they leave it to you to follow through with the installer. No one seems to know who’s in charge or want to take responsibility, classically passing the buck. You have to look over the invoice carefully. Kim Carino made intentional monetary charges, overcharging in her favor and lacked follow through once she got the initial sale. They didn’t even deliver what I ordered, conveniently it was similar and less expensive. When the installers finally arrived, it was 2 kids no more than 20 years old, if that! BUYER BEWARE!!!
